Cancellation & Refund Policy

Every Olexclusive proposal is unique and tailor-made. That's why we follow a transparent and fair policy, aligned with the creative and artisanal process behind each event.

Service Confirmation

Once the contract is signed, the client must pay 100% of the total amount.
This ensures the reservation of suppliers, materials, and specific dates.

❌ Client Cancellation

If the client cancels after payment:

  • All confirmed expenses (materials, suppliers, production, etc.) will be deducted and documented with invoices.

  • All produced material will be delivered to the client.

  • An additional penalty will apply based on how early the cancellation is made:

Cancellation notice period

Penalty appliedMore than 30 days, 20% of the total fee

Between 15 and 30 days, 40% of the total fee

Less than 15 days, 70% of the total fee

Less than 72 hours100% of the total fee

Weather-related cancellations

If the event cannot take place due to weather (in case of outdoor setups), a new date will be offered without penalty.
This is considered a reschedule, not a cancellation.

Client modifications

Significant changes such as guest count, location, format or concept must be communicated in advance.
In such cases, a revised quote may be proposed.

Third-party services & customized materials

  • Payments made to external providers (artists, technicians, chefs, etc.) are non-refundable once confirmed.

  • Any custom-branded materials (tableware, designs, merchandising, etc.) will be fully delivered and invoiced as part of the service.
